Emily is a writer, actor and voiceover artist. She is very proud to have written and performed in Fourth Avenue (Brooklyn) to sold out audiences an the Vancouver Fringe Festival in 2025. She also recently wrote a play called Bootlegger, with music and lyrics by Moti Margolin. That big ol’ thing hasn’t had it’s production yet.

In what feels like another lifetime she collectively devised HOME/SICK (JACK, The Living Theater &  LA's Odyssey Theater), and That Poor Dream (The New Ohio, The Tank) all with The Assembly Theater Project and, also with the Assembly, co-authored I Will Look Forward To This Later with Kate Benson in collaboration with IRT & The New Ohio Theater as a part of the 2016 Archive Residency. Her other favorite productions include The Oregon Trail by Bekah Brunstetter at the O’Neill Theater Center and with Fault Line Theater. She also more recently co-authored The Russian & The Jew with Liba Vaynberg and that play had it’s world premiere at The Tank. After that production she fell so hard for the Tank’s mission to serve all artists regardless of their financial ability she became a proud board member.

Credits: best known as the voice of Goldie in Nestle’s Raisinets webseries and Tatum in Crayola’s Pop Art Pixie Campaign.  Em can be seen or heard in numerous national commercials, but will most likely be found downtown developing a new play.  Favorite stage collaborations include work with The Playwrights Realm, The O'Neill Theater Center, Rattlestick, New York Theater Workshop, The Public’s Joe’s Pub, The Lark Play Development Center, Theater Row, The Women’s Project, Ars Nova, SoHo Rep, Playwrights Horizons and The Culture Project. Favorite credits include The Atlantic Theater Company and O'Neill Playwrights Center workshop productions of Bekah Brunstetter’s The Oregon Trail, the world premiere of Caroline V. McGraw’s The Vaults (New Georges), Krista Knight's Salamander Leviathan (Joe’s Pub @ The Public) and The Confidence Man (Woodshed Collective).
